Our coaches make the difference. We have been running our volleyball camps
for over 20 years. In all Peak Volleyball Camps, Mike or the designated
expert coach works directly with each and every
player. Every player works with the lead coach at every camp.
That is much different than many college camps where the head coach may
come by and visit your court for a short period of time, then spend a majority
of their time
with a select few potential recruits.
Other camps also send out players who are just starting to develop their
coaching experience... with you.
Our camps do not ship out random coaches to
your location. We hand pick and groom our coaching staff. Our
coaches have worked within our programs. Consistency is critical.
Our integration of coaches ensures that consistency is occurring from coach to
to coach, court to
court, and location to location.
We focus on creating an amazing team atmosphere. Volleyball is the ultimate team
sport. How players interact with teammates and coaches will influence the
success the team will experience. We develop a championship team culture.

Peak performance is when you are at the top of your game. Playing your best.
What goes into achieving your peak? First, players must have fundamental
skills they can always rely on as the rock solid foundation to their game.
Second, is having the game smarts to be able to problem solve on the fly during
challenging situations. Third, is the confidence knowing you can perform
perfectly on the very next ball. Finally, players who are at their peak
performance are always in an automatic mode. Their game flows and
efficient skills happen naturally. When in automatic mode, athletes trust
their bodies will perform the skills necessary to pursue their specific
objectives. Players have an external and finite focus on what they want to
accomplish.

is a great camp to help players of all levels from 5th through 12th
grade reach their peak. Fun positive atmosphere and proven training curriculum.
Warm up to music. Based on the experience levels of participants,
training will range from fundamental skills to advanced position
specific training. Team system training in offense, defense, and
transition is also integrated into the camp experience. Drills
progress from high feedback skills repetitions to fun fast paced
game-like scenarios. The Peak Position Camp
is for advanced
players in 8th through 12th grade to enhance position
specific skills with collegiate level intensity. Both camps enjoy
the famous outdoor tournament and team building components! Take
your game to the highest level. Players are grouped by experience level
and training is adjusted to the ability.
The
Team Retreat Camp was designed with the goal of creating a "championship
atmosphere and culture" within your team. Propel your team to become its
best. Build trust, confidence, team work, and volleyball specific
skills! The Team Retreat Camp is a three-day camp for high school
Varsity, JV, and middle school teams that has the perfect combination of
skills training, team building, and competitions. There are great
skills training sessions
that emphasize player fundamentals, position skills, and team systems.
During training sessions,
teams
are matched up
with other teams to have competitive cross-net training
games emphasizing the theme for each session. Teams participate in team
building sessions. The Team Retreat Camp has two great
competitions. The famous outdoor tournament and the capstone
indoor tournament finale! We have been bringing teams together
since 1998. After hosting hundreds of teams far and wide from
Alaska to Florida over the last decade, we have seen the results. We
look forward to hosting your team this summer.

Get expert training
with fundamental skills, position training, team
systems, game-like scenarios, competitive games, and team building integrated into
a camp experience at your gym with Peak
Volleyball. A fun, positive, and high energy
atmosphere. We can even include a festive and competitive outdoor
tournament! All of our camps include hands-on consultations. Open to girls 5th -12th grade.
The Championship Camp program starts with a
minimum of 24 participants, and there is also
a
Fixed-Rate Camp option available.
