The ultimate summer team experience. Join our staff, including collegiate coaches and athletes, to
create a bond that will propel your team to the next level. The camp will include
3 days and 2 nights of fun high energy training,
team
building, great competitions, beach
tournament, indoor tournament, socials, and other events.
We can help you improve your game! One coach per team may attend camp FREE if there are 10 team members registered!
Individual players
can also come to the camp by getting 7 to 12 friends and/or teammates to
put together a team!
Located at
the University of North Florida in Jacksonville,
Florida, just a short distance from the beaches on the
Atlantic coast. UNF Head Coach
Kevin Campbell, UNF coaches, and
UNF players will be part of the camp staff. The camp
will utilize beautiful UNF Arena, 1000 acre nature
preserve, on-campus dorms, and campus food services.
There will even be a beach volleyball session at Jax
Beach!

Shaun Kupferberg returns to the Team Retreat
Camp. Joining Coach Kupferberg will be other JU coaches and
players. All in all, the Team Retreat Staff will have a
minimum of 3 staff members with NCAA Division I Head Coach
experience, many more collegiate assistant coaches, past and current
collegiate players. Our excellent staff is what makes our camp
so great!
Camp registration includes
a free
drawstring backpack
and our VBcamps exclusive 'tutorial'
water bottle. Personal Best tokens are presented
to participants for exemplary efforts and team spirit throughout
the camp. Camp awards are presented at the end of the
camp.

Team
Camp Deposit option to save a team spot
If you would like to reserve a team space, but do not have your
participant fees yet, you can pay a deposit equivalent to 3 participant payments to save
team space. Balance must be paid by June 15, or late fees
will be added. Deposit is applied towards team balance.

Coach in the US Olympic Festival, leading teams to 1 gold medal
and 2 silver medals while coaching players who went on to become
an Olympic Gold Medalist, 5 USA National Team members, 5
National Player-of-the-Year honorees, and over 40 All-Americans

nationally ranked seasons, 3 conference championships, 2
conference tournament championships, 4 NCAA Tournament
appearances, and 1 NIVC Tournament appearance as a collegiate
head coach

NCAA Division I volleyball teams, and two top 3 finishes in NCAA

Coach at Idaho State University, University of North Florida and
Morehead State University. Recorded 20 win seasons at all three
institutions.

School. One player earned USA Today All-American, and
another became a collegiate All-American.
Team Retreat CampTMis a 3 day team camp
for high school teams. Propel your team to
become its best. Build trust, confidence,
integrity, team work, work ethic, and volleyball
specific skills! The Team Retreat Camp has
combined the perfect combination of skills
training, team building, and competitions.
Individual players can also come to the camp
by getting 7 to 12 friends and/or teammates

There are great skills training sessions
that emphasize both player fundamentals and
team systems. Teams participate
in team building sessions, including the
Adventure
Initiatives Course. The Team
Retreat Camp also has two great competitions.
The famous beach tournament
(in beach city locations, grass volleyball
tournament in mountain locations)
and the capstone indoor tournament finale!
