Fun positive atmosphere and great
training curriculum. Warm up
to music. Based on the experience levels of participants, training
will range from fundamental skills to advanced position specific
training. Team system training in offense, defense, and transition
is also integrated into the camp experience. Drills progress from
high feedback repetitions to fun fast paced game-like scenarios.
Beginners get exposed to the game, learn the skills and have fun with
the sport. Intermediate players develop skills, position specific
training, team system training and fun competitive drills.
Advanced players enhance position specific skills with collegiate level
intensity. Everyone enjoys the famous outdoor tournament
(available in select locations)!

experience level and training is adjusted to
the ability.
The
Team Retreat Camp was designed with the goal of creating a "championship
atmosphere and culture" within your team. Propel your team to become its best.
Build trust, confidence, team work, and volleyball specific skills! The Team Retreat Camp is a three-day camp for high
school Varsity, JV, and middle school teams that has the perfect combination of
skills training, team building, and competitions. There are great
skills training sessions that emphasize
player fundamentals, position skills, and team systems. During
training sessions, teams are matched up with other teams to have
competitive cross-net training games emphasizing the theme for each
session. Teams
participate in team building sessions. The Team Retreat Camp
has two great competitions. The famous outdoor tournament and
the capstone indoor tournament finale! We have been bringing teams together since 1998.
After hosting hundreds of teams far and wide from Alaska to Florida over
the last decade, we have seen the results. We look forward to hosting
your team this summer.

clubs, and other groups can include skills training, team
systems training, game scenarios,

Mike Welch has 17 years experience
as an NCAA Division I and II
college head coach. During
that time, Mike awarded over $2
million in athletic scholarships.
He led collegiate teams to 267 wins, 6
nationally ranked seasons, 5
conference championships and
conference tournament
championships, 4 NCAA Tournament
appearances, and 1 NIVC
Tournament appearance. His
players received 2
All-American, 17 All-Region, 43 All-Conference, and 84
Academic All-Conference collegiate honorees.
