The Team Retreat Volleyball Camp is for teams looking for an experience to take them to the next level.
Team Retreat Camp was designed with the goal of creating a championship atmosphere and culture within your team. Propel your team to become its best. Build trust, confidence, team work, and volleyball specific skills!  A camp for high school Varsity, JV and Freshman high school teams that has the perfect combination of skills training, game-scenarios, competitions, and team building.

We have lots of competitions built in!  When we do our systems training (like serve receive, transition offense...) we like to put 2 teams on the court together to turn the drills into competitive game scenario situations.  Next, we mix in other competitive games within the training sessions.  We also do an outdoor tournament, which is fun and competitive.  Finally, we also have a culminating capstone tournament at the end of camp.

We develop your teams foundation with critical skill development, along with team systems training.  Serve and passing skills are turned into an efficient serve receive system.  Hitting and blocking skills are transformed into a dynamic defense to offense transition attack.  Our staff connects the dots between fundamental skills and team performance.

Team building is our specialty!  We incorporate team cohesiveness as a part of everything we do.  Team interactions are the glue that keeps our team strong and united.  It is what fills in the cracks and makes our team invincible.  We methodically build in a championship team culture into every session.
We have been bringing teams together from Alaska to Florida since 1998.

Camp Director and Head Volleyball Coach Mika Robinson leads every session and works with all the players:

What an amazing campus and facilities.  With more than 26,000 acres, Berry has the world’s largest contiguous college campus. The  camp is held in the 131,000 square-foot Steven J. Cage Athletic and Recreation Center, which opened in January 2008.  Additionally, the camp utilizes the brand new campus dorms.  The location is super convenient for volleyball teams from Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee and South Carolina.  Berry College is only 65 miles northwest of Atlanta and south of Chattanooga.
