The VBcamps
Elite Academy Volleyball Camps have great demonstrations
and training by high energy positive coaches. Each group
has a court coach assigned to help you become your
personal best. We can help you improve your game! Includes
a beach volleyball session!
The Team Retreat Camp is the
ultimate summer team experience. Join our staff, including collegiate
coaches and athletes, to create a bond that will propel your team to the
next level. The camp will include 3 days and 2 nights of fun high energy
training,
team building,
great competitions, beach tournament, indoor tournament, socials, and
other events.
We can help you improve your game! One coach per team may attend
camp FREE if there are 10 team members registered!
CSU
Monterey Bay Head Coach
Jody Garry is the camp Site
Director and Head Coach. Other coaches and collegiate players will
be part of the camp staff as well.
Cal State
University, Monterey Bay serves as the host for this camp. One mile from
the shores of Monterey Bay, the largest marine sanctuary on the West
Coast, Cannery Row, the Aquarium, and more! There will even be a beach
volleyball session at the beach!
Dorms
and meals available on campus!
Camp
registration includes a free drawstring backpack
and our VBcamps exclusive 'tutorial' water bottle.
Personal Best tokens are presented to participants
for exemplary efforts throughout the camp. Camp
awards are presented at the end of the camp. Meal
plans and dorm housing are available with overnight
registration.

Team
Camp Deposit option to save a team spot
If you would like to reserve a team space, but do not have your
participant fees yet, you can pay a deposit equivalent to 3 participant payments to save
team space. Balance must be paid by June 15, or late fees
will be added. Deposit is applied towards team balance.

Two-time Head Coach of the USA Youth National Team and Head
Coach in the US Olympic Festival, leading teams to 1 gold medal
and 2 silver medals while coaching players who went on to become
an Olympic Gold Medalist, 5 USA National Team members, 5
National Player-of-the-Year honorees, and over 40 All-Americans

nationally ranked seasons, 3 conference championships, 2
conference tournament championships, 4 NCAA Tournament
appearances, and 1 NIVC Tournament appearance as a collegiate
head coach

Awards, including the highest team GPA in the nation out of all
NCAA Division I volleyball teams, and two top 3 finishes in NCAA
Division II

wins in 17 years as a Division I (11) and Division II (6) Head
Coach at Idaho State University, University of North Florida and
Morehead State University. Recorded 20 win seasons at all three
institutions.

record and a Top 30 National Ranking at San Diego, CA Helix High
School. One player earned USA Today All-American, and
another became a collegiate All-American
Summer Camps are 3 day
summer camps for individual players.
Elite level players work on position specific
volleyball training with collegiate level
intensity for Varsity and club players.
Work on advanced skills and take your game
to the highest level. For sophomores
through seniors who have at least one year
of Varsity or 3 years of club experience.
Intermediate and Advanced level players work
on
fundamental skills, position specific
training, team system training
and fun competitive drills. For players with prior team experience
including JV, middle school and/or club.
Players grouped by experience level.
Beginner players get
exposed to the game, learn the skills and have fun with the sport. For
participants with no prior team experience.
Camp at your siteis a
camp you
host at your site. A minimum of 24
participants is suggested. Camps for Varsity, JV and
Freshman teams can include team building and
coach consultations. Camps can be customized
to your group goals.

Private Lessonsis an amazing small
group opportunity to train with whom you
like and on the specific skills of your
choice. These sessions can include video
analysis, consultations, recruiting advice,
and feedback for further development.

Team Retreat CampTMis a 3 day team camp
for high school teams. Propel your team to
become its best. Build trust, confidence,
integrity, team work, work ethic, and volleyball
specific skills! The Team Retreat Camp has
combined the perfect combination of skills
training, team building, and competitions.
Individual players can also come to the camp
by getting 7 to 12 friends and/or teammates
to put together a team!
There are great skills training sessions
that emphasize both player fundamentals and
team systems. Teams participate
in team building sessions, including the
Adventure
Initiatives Course. The Team
Retreat Camp also has two great competitions.
The famous beach tournament
(in beach city locations, grass volleyball
tournament in mountain locations)
and the capstone indoor tournament finale!
