Refund Policy
Event, camp, or clinic
registration fee refunds are less a $50 fee per person if
requested in writing at least 30 days prior to event, or less a
$100 fee per person if requested in writing at least 14 days
prior to event. Registration fees are transferable to another
person for no charge if requested at least 7 days in advance in
writing. If paying a team deposit (team camp), it will count as
3 player registrations when requesting a refund, therefore
refunds will be less $150 or $300 respectively in accordance
with the deadlines above. There are no refunds if requested less
than 14 days before the first day of camp. Space is reserved on a first-paid
basis.
Event facilities, routes and times may be
changed at the discretion of the Director due to weather,
safety, construction, permits, and other factors.
